All 13 pre-booked rooms have been claimed now via rsvp. Unfortunately, this was the biggest mansion I could find in like every country, and I’m really sorry if you wanted to stay at the main place. Please still fill out the RSVP if you plan on coming though! I need to know numbers to book group stuff like the yacht and transportation to/from mud volcano.

I left an option to waitlist if someone who claimed a room has to cancel. Just like the original rooms, I’ll go by first come first serve.

Thankfully, there are still lots of nearby lodging options and all are always welcome at the mansion/hotel anytime. There’s literally 10 hotels within a 3 min walk from the mansion (most 4 or 5 stars). Scroll down to the agenda for the Google Maps links to help you find nearby places. I’m also listing the hotels that people tell me they’ve booked down below.

If you managed to reserve a spot at the mansion / hotel, please Venmo Carter an initial deposit of $350 per room (not per person if staying in same room) by December 20th (Venmo is @CarterY). The rest will be due in the Spring when I figure it all out 🙂

Getting a boat for the day and then doing a location switch to Tierra Bomba Island. We have the whole hotel booked out!

Cartagena is on the Caribbean side of Colombia and full of colonial Spanish architecture.

The mansion (a 1500s Spanish mansion) and island hotel is booked from April 25-April 30, 2024

We’ll be at mansion 4/25-4/28 and then location switch to an island for 4/28-4/30. Cost is roughly $850 for a room if you want to stay at both places with the group. Price is by room, not person. You can fit as many in a room as possible. Both places have 13 bedrooms but the bed set up is slightly different at each place. Check out the VRBO links for more deets on the rooms available. Fly into Rafael Nunez International Airport (CTG) in Cartagena.

Several public transit options are available from the airport, but I would recommend an Uber. It’s only a 15 min car ride from the airport to the mansion.

Everyone is welcome at the mansion whenever, even if you are staying offsite. There’s also several couches to crash on if you don’t want to head back to offsite lodging on any particular night.
